Since 1996, The Barn has played host to weddings, family reunions, anniversary parties and many other special events.

Barn Accommodations and  Rental Rates

Weekend Rental (excluding College & University events)

• The Barn is rented at $2,000.00 and is available to you for the weekend of your event. This allows for set-up and preparation the day prior, your event the day of and your departure by 1PM the day following your event. You have total access to The Barn for the weekend. Many wedding guests use The Barn for their rehearsal dinner and ceremony at no additional cost. To reserve a date, a non-refundable $750.00 deposit is required along with your completed contract.

Single Day Rental for College & University events

• Any college or university related event is scheduled for three hours at a rate of $3000.00. There is a $500.00 security deposit which is returned following your event providing there are no damages. To reserve a date, a non-refundable $750.00 deposit is required along with your completed contract.

To reserve a date for any type of event, a non-refundable $750.00 deposit is required along with your completed contract.

Catering

You are welcome to use any caterer that you wish for your event. Caterers have full access to The Barn kitchen to use as needed. In an effort to help with the process of choosing, a list of caterers that have provided service at The Barn is available.

Bar Service

Guests have the option of stocking the bar with beverages that they purchase and providing a server.
